New Delhi, November 20, 2023: AASOKA, a rising platform in the ed-tech sector, and Sahyadri Sahodaya Complex held an empowering workshop in Satara, Maharashtra, for 40 teachers, training them with up-to-date teaching standards in line with the new National Education Policy. The workshop focused on three vital areas: leadership, motivation, and classroom management. It was attended by educators and thought leaders from across the region, addressing the evolving needs of teachers and educational institutions.

The all-encompassing workshop had the primary goal of instilling a drive for continuous self-learning among the attendees, along with the fundamental objective of elevating the leadership abilities of educators. Besides, such insights align with the modern academic world, as these skill sets are indispensable in shaping the future of students and society at large. Moreover, the panel included highly acclaimed trainers and experts from AASOKA who imparted their wisdom about various strategies to foster leadership qualities and find efficient ways of managing the classroom. Furthermore, there was a dedicated conversation exploring the potential of artificial intelligence tools to provide a better learning experience.
