Godrej Capital appointed Bhavya Misra as CHRO

Misra worked as a Director and Head of HR, India, at Lenovo before coming to Godrej Capital. She was previously the HR Director for Finance, Commercial, and IT for Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia at PepsiCo. She worked at Bharti Walmart and Bharti Retail as well.

Bhavya Misra has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Capital.

“We are delighted to announce that Bhavya Misra has joined Godrej Capital as our new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO),” Godrej Capital announced in a LinkedIn post.

“With a varied experience across a gamut of HR domains and industries, Bhavya is poised to collaborate with Team GC to take the organization along the path of enabling everyone to grow to their fullest potential,” the company added.

“Super excited to start this ride with Godrej Capital! A whole new world of learning, growing, and building a great place to succeed!” Misra shared it on LinkedIn.

Misra has 17 years of HR expertise in the financial services, IT, and food and beverage industries.

Misra worked as a Director and Head of HR, India, at Lenovo before coming to Godrej Capital. She was previously the HR Director for Finance, Commercial, and IT for Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia at PepsiCo. She worked at Bharti Walmart and Bharti Retail as well.

In 2007, she began working at PepsiCo as a management trainee.

Misra graduated from MDI Gurgaon with an MBA in HR.
