Latha Raji Paul has been named Head of Human Assets at GRT Hotels & Resorts.
Paul’s responsibilities in this position will include creating and designing the organization-wide implementation framework for learning and development and activities aimed at fostering culture. In line with a statement, her base of operations will be in Chennai.
Paul has over 27 years of experience managing human resource operations in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, and international education services. Since HR works with the most dynamic resource, she thinks it is essential to an organization.

Paul graduated from Madras School of Social Work with a master’s degree in social work.
