Under his direction, communication efforts have won industry honors both domestically and internationally.

Under Srinandan’s direction, HUL has effectively managed the business in his present position as Executive Director, Foods and Refreshment. During his time, HUL has fully integrated the health food and drink business, with competitive growth in the category and Tea maintaining its leading position. Along with laying the groundwork for both new and old food categories to flourish, Srinandan has also accelerated HUL’s mission for nutritional value and regenerative agriculture.

As Executive Director of Homecare, Deepak currently works for HUL. Under his direction, the company has produced impressive top- and bottom-line results in the Fabric Care and Home & Hygiene categories, as well as strong volume growth and premiumization. Additionally, he oversaw HUL’s sustainability initiative and contributed to the development of the company’s integrated ESG strategy.

Kartik Chandrasekhar has made the decision to leave Unilever. It was previously announced that he would join the HUL MC as Executive Director, Personal Care, on April 1. In due course, the Executive Director, Personal Care, HUL, will be appointed. In the interim, Madhusudhan Rao, who is now Executive Director, BPC, HUL, will continue to be in charge of the company.

Welcoming Shiva to the Management Committee and Srinandan to his new role, Rohit Jawa, CEO and Managing Director, HUL, said, “Shiva is an astute marketeer with strong business acumen and is known to craft great brands. I am glad to welcome him to the HUL leadership team and truly believe that his rich experience in foods and beverages will be of immense help to the business. I am sure he will take the homecare business to new heights.”
