Mouri Tech, the US-based global enterprise IT solutions provider is planning to create 10000 new jobs across multiple locations in the country over the next three years, including about 5000 jobs in the two Telugu speaking states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The IT solutions provider plans to add another 2000 employees in Vizag where it has around 1000 employees. The company also plans to add around 3000 jobs to its existing Hyderabad operations, where it already has over 1000 employees, sources said.

Including 500 in the US, the IT solutions provider has a global headcount of around 3500, and the remaining 3000 are spread across India at locations such as Hyderabad, Vizag, Bengaluru and Kolhapur.

According to Mouri Tech, of the 10000 new jobs to be created across domains and locations across India, including tier-2 and 3 cities, the first set of 2000 jobs will be generated in the current 2021-22 fiscal.

“Smaller Indian cities are IT talent hubs yet to be explored fully, so we choose to expand by adding thousands of new jobs in these cities”, said Anil Yerramreddy, global CEO of the IT solutions provider – Mouri Tech.

The IT solutions provider, by pointing out that these hiring commitments are meant to provide the additional capacity required for anticipated business growth over the longer term, said it plans to hire experienced mid to senior-level IT professionals as well as fresh graduates through campus drives, job-mela programmes and social media.

“The company is witnessing growing businesses across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPI), Digital Transformation, among others. New jobs are also getting created in the latest technology stack such as Data Sciences, Machine Learning (ML), Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud solutions to automation”, the IT solutions provider said.
