Mallick will oversee talent, rewards, and learning, as well as GPL’s campus and DEI efforts in this capacity. According to a statement, he will answer Megha Goel, CHRO of Godrej Properties.

Jyoti Prakash Mallick has been named HR Head, Centers of Excellence, by Godrej Properties Limited (GPL). The HR Leadership Team was recently reorganized by the organization. Mallick was promoted to HR Head Centers of Excellence as part of this reorganization, and he will now oversee Talent, Rewards, and Learning as well as GPL’s Campus and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) efforts.

Mallick has worked for the Godrej Group for over six years; most recently, he was Godrej Properties’ Head of Rewards, Talent, and Learning. He was employed with ITC earlier. Mallick has spearheaded the introduction of numerous programs at Godrej Properties in the past few years, including Talent War Room (the GPL internal talent growth engine), Alchemy (the GPL learning academy), and Harmony (the GPL effort for enhancing staff health). The HR team is concentrated on bolstering GPL’s commitments to creating an inclusive workplace by implementing Project Woolf (Women) and Project Pathmakers (PwD) results, as well as cultivating future leaders for the industry through GPL campus initiatives under Mallick’s leadership on the supplementary portfolios, according to the statement.

Mallick will still be answering Godrej Properties’ CHRO, Megha Goel. Godrej Properties’ HR Head of CoE, Jyoti Prakash Mallick, stated, “I look forward to working with the team and continuing to build products and solutions to people and business challenges at the intersection of people science, business context, and data.” Mallick received his BTech from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, and his MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
