Vice President and Chief People Officer for Aerospace and Defense, Seema Bangia, has resigned from the Mahindra Group.

After joining the Mahindra Group in 2012, Bangia has worked for the business for over 11 years.

Bangia was affiliated with First Recruiting Group before joining Mahindra Group. She was previously employed by AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Canon, Sony India, ZTE Telecom, and Carlsberg India.

“A friend of mine asked me that at this stage of your career, you have decided to quit; won’t that be difficult for you to find work?” Bangia shared in a LinkedIn post.

“My response was that there is no dearth of good work as long as you have passion, patience, and capability with loads of self-confidence. Coming out of your comfort zone is never easy, but then you don’t grow too,” Bangia added.
