DEN Networks Limited reported that Mr. Omesh Uppal was appointed as the company’s chief operating officer, effective April 16, 2024, during the board meeting held on April 16, 2024. Mr. Omesh Uppal, a 49-year-old media veteran, has over 27 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods, broadcast media, and digital entertainment sectors. He completed his B.Sc. and now holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Apeejay School of Marketing.
He has completed his honors at Delhi University. In addition to working with Nestle India Private Limited and IndiaCast Media Distribution Private Limited, he has experience with a number of television networks, including Sony, ESPN Star Sports, and Discovery.
