From 2008 until 2024, Ruban was affiliated with Fossil Group before joining Timex.

Paul Ruban has been appointed as the brand head and vice president (VP) of Timex, a watch brand. He was formerly the Director – Planning for APAC and EMEA at Fossil Group.

As he embarks on a new journey with Timex, Ruban expressed his gratitude to Fossil Group on his LinkedIn handle. He shared, “After 15 years of learning, growth, and remarkable experiences, I left Fossil in February 2024 and am looking forward to my next! I’m grateful for the opportunities and career development that this organization has provided me! I’m proud to be part of the exceptional team we’ve built here, both at Fossil India and Fossil Global Business Services. My heartfelt thanks to each and every person who supported me during my time here. I’ll always treasure the memories of the early stages of building the business from the ground up and what we have accomplished. From 2008 until 2024, Ruban was affiliated with Fossil Group before joining Timex. He worked with Fossil for more than 15 years. He held a number of high-level positions in sales and marketing for the business. Prior to his employment with Fossil, Ruban held the position of merchandise manager at Li & Fung (India) Pvt. Ltd. His employment with the business spanned from 2004 to 2008. Ruban started his career in 2002.

Ruban has more than 21 years of experience and is knowledgeable in product, brand, sales, marketing, and merchandise for a wide range of companies and categories. Along with improving sales, brand, and customer experience, he has a track record of successfully creating Go-To-Market plans and creating powerful brand, marketing, and product strategies.

Ruban graduated from the Indian Institute of Management with a degree in Executive MBA, General Management, Marketing, and Strategy. He also finished Loyola College’s Master of Foreign Trade program.
