Peeyush Dubey has been appointed by Tech Mahindra, India’s fifth-largest IT services firm, as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) amidst a significant organizational restructuring led by CEO designate Mohit Joshi.

Drawing from nearly 25 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, and B2B marketing, Dubey brings a wealth of marketing expertise. He served as the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at TheMathCompany prior to joining Tech Mahindra. At TheMathCompany, he spearheaded global marketing and strategy functions.

Across diverse industries and geographies, Dubey is renowned for introducing a holistic ‘Brand-Demand-Expand’ framework, amplifying brand value propositions, influencing decision-makers, and fortifying customer relationships.

As announced by Joshi during the Q2FY24 earnings conference in October, the appointment coincides with Tech Mahindra’s strategic organizational overhaul. Departing from its previous geography-focused structure, the company has embraced a vertical-wise delivery focus. It has delineated six strategic business units: Americas Communication, Americas Technology Media, Americas Diversified, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan), and India.

Dubey’s illustrious career trajectory includes serving as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech. At LTI, he played a pivotal role in understanding evolving customer dynamics, refreshing brand architectures, and positioning the company as a digital convergence leader.

He has received executive education in leadership from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business and holds an MBA in marketing from the ICFAI Business School. Being a member of the Grand Jury for the e4m Indian Content Marketing Awards and receiving the 2020 Gartner Communication Award are his remarkable achievements.
