Qatar debuts digitally-driven CoE

The aim of this new digital CoE is to support Qatar’s National Vision 2030

To deliver unified digital experiences for citizens across all government agencies, Sprinklr, a platform for managing customer experiences, has been chosen by the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau of Qatar.

To achieve this, the Bureau has established a Citizen Experience Centre of Excellence that will utilise Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform and professional services expertise. By building a competitive government that can measure, monitor, and improve public services, the aim of this new digital CoE is to support Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

For fast, personalised interactions with government agencies on any communications channel, the CoE is also responding to the demands of citizens and residents. To enable the seamless delivery of omnichannel experiences to both residents and visitors, the CoE seeks to eliminate fragmented technology by uniting about 40 public service agencies on a centralised platform.

This innovative approach aims to enhance user experience, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and promote a more harmonious and interconnected experience for all. Ultimately, the goal is to create a unified citizen who can benefit from the full power of future-focused digitisation.

“With rapidly evolving citizen and customer expectations, it is more important than ever for government organisations to stay ahead of the curve and to provide citizens and residents with cutting-edge, unified services and experiences,” said said Abdul Aziz Bin Nasser Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau in Qatar.

“The platform we are building with Sprinklr is a demonstration of our continued leadership in the field of utilising technology and our unwavering commitment to driving progress in Qatar. We believe that this platform will provide our civil and government departments with a powerful suite of tools that will enable them to better serve our citizens, while also advancing our national goals under Qatar National Vision 2030.”

Ragy Thomas, Founder & CEO, Sprinklr, said, “We are honoured to work with the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau. The CoE team cares deeply about citizen experiences and Sprinklr will provide a unified platform to drive agency efficiency and support personalised citizen experiences across 30+ digital channels.”
