Ramya Nagaraj appointed by KPI as Director – HR

Nagaraj worked as Director of HR Business Partnering at LTIMindtree before joining KPI.

Ramya Nagaraj has been named Director of Human Resources by KPI Partners.

With more than 15 years of expertise in HR, Nagaraj has worked in software development, IT services, and IT consulting.

Nagaraj worked as Director of HR Business Partnering at LTIMindtree before joining KPI. She was employed by Mindtree as an Associate Director of Human Resources prior to that. She has also held positions with Edge Networks, NTT Data, ArisGlobal, and Sony India Software Centre.

Nagaraj is a Human Resources MBA graduate.
