This strategic transition follows the retirement of Don Roberts, an industry veteran who has dedicated over 35 years to the information technology (IT) field, with the last 8 devoted to shaping RS&H’s technological landscape. Roberts leaves behind a legacy of innovation and leadership that has been foundational to RS&H’s growth and success.
During his tenure at RS&H, Roberts spearheaded numerous advancements and updates in the company’s technological infrastructure. Under his guidance, RS&H joined the future of technological evolution to deploy cutting-edge software solutions that revolutionized clients’ interactions with the firm. Roberts’ strategic vision and expertise in emerging technologies have been instrumental in keeping RS&H at the forefront of the industry.

Carlo Morgano, a seasoned IT executive with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering results, is stepping into Roberts’ shoes as the new chief technology officer. With over two decades of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Morgano has led numerous successful initiatives and earned recognition for his knowledge and leadership.
Prior to joining RS&H, Morgano led technology strategy and implementation at an ENR Top 50 design firm, which equipped him with invaluable insights into industry trends and best practices. This background will enable him to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering communication and alignment to further RS&H’s mission of creating a more connected future and providing exceptional service to clients and communities.

Morgano holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Duquesne University. Morgano is also a passionate volunteer with The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA, an organization that provides young people with positive mentors in the area.
