Sanjay Baweja resigned, the mobile gaming and entertainment platform OnMobile announced on Friday.
Baweja had served as MD & Global CEO of OnMobile for the last nine years of his tenure there.
In October 2021, Baweja relinquished his position as Global Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. In September 2015, he became an independent director of the board.

OnMobile’s Executive Chairman, François-Charles Sirois, will also serve as CEO, the company announced in a statement.
Sirois will be stationed at the business’s Madrid, Spain, offices.
Sirois is the president and CEO of the global media and technology holding corporation, Telesystem. In addition, he leads OnMobile Systems Inc. as its president and CEO.
François-Charles Sirois, the company’s President and CEO, said, “I sincerely want to thank Sanjay, who has been an integral part of OnMobile for close to a decade. I wish him the very best for the future. The progress the company has made in the gaming space is only the start. During the next 18 months, our leadership will be on revenue growth and profitability, with the support of key industry partners.”
