Formerly the Head of Human Resources at Urban Ladder, Mittra is now joining Junglee Games.

Shashwat Mittra has been appointed Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Junglee Games, with effect from May 30.

In this capacity, Ankush Gera, Co-Founder & CEO of Junglee Games, and Nishu Goyal, CTO, will collaborate closely with Mittra, who will report to Kushagra Pande, Director – Talent at Junglee Games.

Formerly the Head of Human Resources at Urban Ladder, Mittra is now joining Junglee Games.

Previous positions held by Mittra include those at Tata Consultancy Services, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, HDFC Life, The Seekers Inc., Meesho, and Testbook.com.

“After having served Urban Ladder as its Head of HR for two years, helping them scale up from 14 to 68 stores, I will be joining the Leadership Team of Junglee Games (Flutter International) as an Associate Director on May 30, 2024, to manage their talent acquisition piece and help the organisation scale further up,” said Mittra.

Mittra attended SRM University for his BTech in Chemical Engineering and Symbiosis International University for his MBA.
