Payoda, an Indian software technology firm is considering to ramp-up hiring and increasing headcount by 2025. Payoda, which is headquartered in Chennai, has offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and offshore workplace in Texas, United States, Dubai and Romania.

Across domestic and offshore offices, the technology firm has plans to ramp up its hiring process to increase headcount to 1,000. Payoda is planning to hire for all key departments including technology, sales, human resources, administration and marketing. The hiring process will improve strength at all centres of Payoda.

Majority of the team members would be from India, according to Karunya Sampath, Payoda co-founder.

The technology firm follows a hybrid work model. Employees at Payoda work from the office for three days and two days from home or remote locations.

“In view of the technological advancements it has become pertinent for stakeholders to expand their horizon through robust infrastructure and skilled human resources,” Sampath was quoted as saying.
