Vaibhav Ram has been appointed as the Global HR Head of Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), with effect from October 1, 2024.

According to a release, he had previously overseen a number of HR-related positions at GCPL, including Head of HR for GAUM, HR Business Partner for Indonesia and COE, and Sales HR Business Partner for India.
In 2010, Ram started working with Godrej Consumer Products. He was employed at Marico before.
Ram graduated with a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
