Vivek Jain appointed by Capri Global Capital as CHRO

Jain worked as the Head of Human Resources and Senior Executive Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank before joining Capri Global Capital.

Vivek Jain has been named Chief Human Resources Officer of Capri Global Capital.

“Delighted to share my new role as CHRO at Capri Global! After a rewarding 15+ years at Kotak, where I served as Sr EVP & Head HR for various business verticals, I’m excited to embark on my new journey,” Jain shared in a LinkedIn post.

Jain has more than 25 years of HR expertise in the banking, fintech, pharmaceutical, IT, ITES, and consulting industries.

Jain worked as the Head of Human Resources and Senior Executive Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank before joining Capri Global Capital. He was employed by Genpact as Associate Vice President, HR, prior to that. Jain worked with Lupin Pharmaceuticals in the past.

Jain graduated from the International Management Institute (IMI) with a PhD in human resources development.
