Adani Group has partnered with Prisma AI, the visual AI-based company majoring in predictive information technologies using a computer vision platform at Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA). Along with five other airports, SVPIA is being operated and handled by Adani Airports.

To cover departure areas and pre-security areas, the service, at present, has been deployed at the SVPIA at the departure area of the domestic terminal (T1). However, the technology named “Desk of Goodness system” is being implemented in all of the other six Adani Airports and will be available soon for usage.

The Adani Group, a multinational conglomerate, forayed into the airport sector in 2019 and has grown exponentially in a very short period of time. The association opens doors for a world of possibilities in Artificial Intelligence that is being explored in India.

To deliver an immersive airport experience catering to the growing customer base and footfall at the airport, all the airports belonging to the Adani Group, with Prisma AI’s Visual AI technology, will have cutting-edge visual technology. Customer experience will be enhanced by the partnership and the Visual AI technology provided by Prisma AI and Adani Group will get an upper edge in the industry.

To provide humanitarian assistance to the customers at the Airports, Adani Group, with Prisma AI technology, has achieved adaption of Visual AI. “Desk of Goodness” strives to assist passengers such as older persons, women with infants, and those in need of a wheelchair and assistance.

The technology, in addition, recognises incidents such as a fall or unusual passenger behaviour. This desk is staffed by goodness champions who are equipped with smart tablets that keep them informed in real-time where travellers want assistance so that they can rush to them. This proactive mode of real-time support process is achieved by utilizing Prisma AI’s patented Visual AI algorithms.

This Prisma AI technology enables to a set of new benchmarks in operational intelligence and increases situational awareness, ultimately boosting safety, security, efficiency, and customer experience. This will also ensure that the passengers get a state-of-the-art airport experience.
