Andre Walduck has been appointed as the new Group Chief Information Officer of Qantas Airways Limited, one of Australia’s biggest airlines, the company just announced.
Andrew is an experienced executive in the business world who has built both local and international organizations to capitalize on the revolutionary power of technology and customer focus.
He has over 25 years of experience in a variety of fields, including digital, innovation, sales, marketing, product management, and technology leadership. His experience includes senior leadership positions in Tier 1 organizations, such as Australia Post, worldwide corporations like Accenture, where he held the position of Partner in the Communications and High-Tech Practice, and small and developing firms providing marketing leadership.
He was the principal and founder of Growe, a transformation agency, before joining Qantas. He has also had employment with a number of other businesses, including IBM, Tabcorp, and Latitude Financial Services.
