CK Birla Group appoints Sandeep Gautam as Group Head – Corporate HR

Gautam was employed as Chief Human Resources Officer at National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) before joining CK Birla Group.

Sandeep Gautam has been appointed Group Head – Corporate HR, by the multinational Indian conglomerate CK Birla Group.

With 30 years of experience, Gautam has worked in a variety of HR-related fields, including organisation design, change management, HR automation, mergers and demergers, acquisitions, and shared services.

Gautam was employed as Chief Human Resources Officer at National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) before joining CK Birla Group.

Prior to this, Gautam had held positions at India Glycols, Laing O’Rourke, Bharti Retail, Somany Ceramics, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters, and Spencer’s Retail. In 1993, he started working for Ester Industries as an HR executive.

Gautam graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Institute of Social Sciences.
