ICT Academy: Hon’ble IT Minister, Thiru. Mano Thangaraj conducts review meeting on the operations

Considering the huge need on the requirement of skill development for employment, Hon’ble IT Minister took a special interest in ICT Academy and discussed about the larger plans for the academy

Thiru. Mano Thangaraj, Hon’ble Minister of Information Technology, Govt. of Tamil Nadu conducted a review meeting on the operations of ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu. The IT Minister did a detailed review of various programs implemented by the Academy and discussed on the future plans.

Hon’ble IT Minister insisted on the need for analysing the skill gap prevailing in the State of Tamil Nadu and working towards improving the employability of the state.

The Minister insisted that the academy must implement activities and projects that would have deeper impact among the youth and improve gainful employment after the training by the academy.

Considering the huge need on the requirement of skill development for employment, Hon’ble IT Minister took a special interest in ICT Academy and discussed about the larger plans for the academy.

Thiru Lakshmi Narayanan, Chairman ICT Academy and officials of the academy were present in the review.
