Adapting to these new landscapes will drive innovation, enabling the region to harness the full potential of AI and digitalization.
Additionally, in 2024, the buzzword for CIOs is “transformation.” While transformation has traditionally been associated with digital transformation, this year it is more likely to be linked with AI-driven business transformation. The widespread adoption of AI technologies throughout businesses will necessitate organizations to develop their AI strategies and road maps, establish responsible AI policies, review their intelligence architecture, and invest in the reskilling and training of existing staff.
