This strategic action follows the mutual agreement to terminate Dr. Ralf Koeppe’s Management Board membership on February 29, 2024. Drolshagen’s previous post as Managing Director/CEO of the Steering division at Thyssenkrupp Presta Aktiengesellschaft, along with his considerable automotive industry knowledge, positions him as a valuable contributor to WashTec AG’s future ambitions.
Since joining Thyssenkrupp Presta Aktiengesellschaft in 2018, he has achieved noteworthy success and demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities. Prior to his current job, Drolshagen was Vice President After Sales for the global aftermarket at Porsche AG, where he reported directly to the Executive Board.
